WOMEN WHO MAKE THE DIFERENCE – MMD

WHAT IS MMD?

MMD is an initiative inspired by the book “The Inner Woman” by Zulma Reyo, designed to acknowledge and honour the Feminine Principle critically absent in our society.  Global evolution depends on its acknowledgement and application.

We are a network of women who, having benefitted from the struggle of the last decades for professional and moral equality, we still yearn for the recognition of our difference.  Although subtle and camouflaged, psychological and psychic inequality continues.

The initial proposition asks for the creation of a mother-space where, parting from an inner connexion with the deepest feminine nexus, we develop our power of influence as energetic emanation.  The awakening of our abilities will enable us to affect life more concretely and qualitatively.

WHAT FOR?

As women, we energetically influence and condition our surroundings indirectly.  The Feminine Principle brings intuition, creativity, flexibility, wisdom, diversity, harmony, a sense of rhythm, holistic vision, and authentic compassion.

Woman as an individual (not “the wife” or “mother” of…) and as the essence that she IS and represents, has been relegated and even condemned for not adjusting herself to the accepted establishment cannons (linearity, pure logic, stability, focus, constancy, concretion, clarity, utility, and results).

Today, due to our great capacity for adaptation and flexibility we communicate with the masculine gender in its own language.  But we still need to rescue that which we are, and express it in the world.

The difference between unconscious influence and the influence that a woman may offer as a conscious force will be the bridge towards change and evolution in our society, and by extension in humanity.

1^st LEVEL OF ACTION:  HOW WILL IT CHANGE ME?

The veils that cover women are not just physical.  We refer here to belief, thought, habit and even superstitions about women inbred even before birth. (Shall we paint the room pink if it is a girl or blue if it is a boy?  And what does that “pink” suggest?)

As we bring light to the issues, we begin the process of removing the veils and move closer to our feminine essence.  In-depth self-knowledge and authenticity are the keys for the recognition of WHAT we are, honouring and irradiating it into society.  It brings us the needed strength and solidity that enables us to succeed in any pursuit.

We also learn to administer uniquely feminine energies, discover how we have used them unconsciously, and how to now use them consciously and responsibly.

2^nd LEVEL OF ACTION:  HOW WILL IT CHANGE MY SURROUNDINGS?

We become motivated to live the Feminine Principle wherever a woman expresses herself, in a manner that will resonate with other women.  We want the experience of the Feminine Principle to be a transversal reality in all facets of contemporary life today.

PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS (partner, family, friends…)

º  Achieve authentic feminine personal development beyond the implications of the family role-model, without it being at odds with family life

º  Leave behind established role models and live in authenticity

º  Emotional independence and independence at all levels

º  Discover the authentic force of being a woman

º  Differentiate between losing oneself in the emotions and genuine emotional response

º  Recuperate the connection with our own instinct and intuition

º  Occupy the space that is ours by right

º  Progressively share more what is discovered and experienced with more women

PROFESSIONAL RELATIONS

º  Develop and attain satisfaction at a professional level

º  Eliminate existent professional obstacles and barriers to women, based on prejudices and beliefs that are working beneath the surface

º  Using the tools we have learned from the masculine gender elicit respect and recognition – beginning by our own – of our unique qualities and abilities

º  Put aside competition and rivalry between women in order to gather force, energy and impact

º  Instil a holistic perspective within our professional structure and also in our surroundings, searching for a more balanced relationship between results and purposes in projects

º  Discover innovative solutions through in-depth perception and understanding of individual situations

º  Apply creativity in all business initiatives and projects

º  Find a new way to communicate, with the depth inherent to the Feminine Principle and the appropriate use of mind derived from the apprenticeship and respect due to the Masculine Principle

CONCLUSION

Beyond the outward economic aspect, the actual crisis today is one of values that call for the quality that only women can bring by virtue of their gender.  This necessary change does not only involve our action as women in the world but especially the quality and source of our power that has been distorted by intense indoctrination for millennia.

Together with a real equality that implies honourable recognition of gender difference, we conceive of a balanced world where inner qualification, inner experience, social and ethical values, and tangible experience in the world are equalized.

MMD looks for practical solutions, without guilt trips or analysis that lead nowhere.  The courage evoked through the perception of our own selves is the key and motor-power that leads us and opens the way towards what we ARE: women, emitters, sources of life, gestators, mothers, creative, energetically supporting all social action that has been taken or that can be taken.
